You could list every time you have a contagious patient in the back of the ambulance with you who coughs/sneezes/vomits/etc all over you, and try to note it as assault that is likely to make you have to take time off sick?
After the first five shifts they'll have so much paperwork, they won't be able to find your sickness record.
