Ok Mr Guest BloggerI think until you have worked shifts like this you are unable to comment in such a way, working long shifts really does take it out of you and there are times when it is not possible to have a break because you are so busy. Sickness happens and there are things you can do to limit it but the NHS is there to help people not make people sick and if you call an ambulance and those that come to help you are ill you wouldnt be amused would you. I apologise if I am going off on a tangent here but it infuriates me that people treat the staff who work for the emergency services with so little respect it really does. For what it is worth I stand by what Tom is saying.
