Very powerfully and clearly put Tom. As police officers we have had our complaints about Tetra/Airwave in the past - but no matter what its faults at least we actually have personal radios. I simply can't imagine being without mine. It is a *scandal* that you still don't have them. As for the targets, how many times do you have to say it before they will listen? (BTW, impressed that you managed to write the piece so quickly and so well in such short a time.... I was following Twitter!) Rory
