The older I get the more emotional I am, I got properly misty-eyed reading this. I can imagine that this couple will be singing your praises for years to come, your actions will have made such a difference to them. I'm so glad there are still people like you in the service and I hope to goodness if I ever need an ambulance someone like you will be on it.
