I agree with the commenters here - you should not sacrifice your health and career for us... I do read your blog every day, and I would still read it if you were in an office job - the quality of the writing won't go down! And it would be interesting to read (obviously when you could post within the bounds of confidentiality) about the life of a PR agent for the NHS!
