That’s a big decision, and it is a decision that you must make. Just make sure that you make it for the right reasons. Would a move to PR be a good step for your career? Do you want to stay on the front-line with no kettle, all the heavy lifting, drunks and shift work? You sound like a level-headed guy, so I am sure you will make the right decision for the right reasons. If you chose that a move to PR is right then go for it, if it’s not right then don’t go for it!
