You seem to generalise a lot. I'm a PCSO and my medical training is limited (as are most Police Officers) so sometimes I may call on a person who is more qualified than myself. Sorry if this disturbs you. We're all stretched to the limit so please direct your rants upwards to your bosses, my bosses and the government who constantly try and get more work out of us for less money. We've all got a job to do and I attend many incidents with ambulance crews, most are glad to see me and when I've had to call them out they've been happy to help. My rant over.
