I feel that better backing from management instead of pick-pick-pick would help us out on the road cope better with joe public who are being a frustrating pain in the derriere
Hope a splash of sunshine or something similar gives you the pick-up you appear to need.
Remember - look after number 1... 'cos no other fkr will :)
