It doesn't really matter who's to blame, it doesn't really help. Punishing people doesn't really help, it might let someone feel better for a bit but it doesn't help. Trying to work out what and who is good and evil is futile and makes you confused and angry, because it ultimately has no point. Good can never win in this world because it doesn't exist. Neither does evil. There's nothing you can do. Bit of a bugger, really.
