Sounds like we have something in common! I've taken to pinching salt packs from fast food places for emergencies in hot weather. I can appreciate that it's easier to add salt if you need it than avoid it if you don't when it's in everything but it makes the summer hazardous for us low BP types. Oh yeah, make that something else that goes in *my* bag - salt baggies :)
