If you injure a patient, they sue you. But if a patient injures you, the management shrug it off. Why doesn't anyone represent you? What would happen if you rang one of those dodgy ambulance-chasing lawyers for your injury at work and sued the patient yourself? Do you have to sign away your rights to a safe workplace when you take the job??
(I'm sure this is not the first time someone's thought of this, and I know it is an unrealistic suggestion, but all the same...)
