Unfortunately for London's ambulances Nicola Sturgeon is the Health Secretary for Scotland; not the UK.
She's SNP - not New Labour - and Health Secretary in the Scottish Government and they've been having fun doing things differently up here in Scotland.
Sorry, but at least if this works the UK Gov't as a whole might nick the idea and claim it as their own.
