Its disgraceful situation and its really only blogs such as this and the odd report in the media that make the public aware of this.
I have seen many bad care homes and carers who need to reassess their job title it very sad and all we can do as ambulance crew is quietly seeth and write the appropriate report hoping that someone will take noticee.
