If you take that logic through to its conclusion then we should remove all warning signs, as they remove people's rights to make their own life decisions in accordance with their current thoughts. We should not try to warn people when they come home and say "a Nigerian prince says I can have 42 million dollars if I help him out!" as that would remove their rights to make their own life decisions in accordance with their current thoughts. Essentially, what you're opposed to, is allowing people to make informed decisions. Information is apparently a form of oppression in your mind. It's a bit more complicated than that.
