You have no right to tell the police that your patient is WM. You can cover yourself by simply telling EOC that you have found your patient and ask them to pass that on to MPS. The police were attending as a matter regarding your safety, and not because they believed an offence had been committed, and they are unlikely to return to scene unless you request them.
