Absolutely, its not as simple as saying the problem is 'poverty', it goes much beyond that and into many, many other fields of theory. Heaven knows, I was poor and I never felt the urge to rob people with violence, (Nor turn to drink, drugs, burglary, armed robbery, extortion or anything else that is seen regularly)
