It's happening here.. to try and meet Welsh Assembly Government Response Targets, we're drafting in all and sundry, arming them with a idiot proof defib, a big red rucksack, some oxygen and masks and a first aid kit, a few hours training, calling them " First Responders" and sending them out to all sorts of jobs..! And then our second tier is St John's..! I despair.
