Scrub breast pocket, ID tag, pen with clip.
Pouch (fanny pack or bum bag, each rude on one or the other sides of the Atlantic), scissors, extra pen, tampons, spare change, and if I'm scrubbed in, my ring and watch. Which is why I have one of these, I once threw away my wedding ring when I had to scrub in to surgery fast, put it in a pocket, forgot about it when I scrubbed out... Oh, and now, a pedometer on my waistband.
