This story is one of the reasons my cynicism knows no bounds. Up until a couple of years ago, we used to gets calls to a legless [literally] male who was in a "collapsed state". Concerned passers by would call an amb because this gent had - apparently - collapsed from his wheelchair, and was in a state of undress. In reality, he was a nasty sonofabitch, who would remove his clothes, then topple his wheelchair over, in order to expose himself to passing schoolgirls. Sorry, but you cannot take anyone or anything for granted - or at face value - these days.
