The survey is ridiculously biased towards the positive. It presents the possible benefits for patient research and then asks us what we think. There is no addressing of security issues, safeguards to access, standards, just nothing! This is a PR exercise not a consultation. A proper consultation would have in effect asked "What do you think of these downsides to these proposals".
