I get more concerned about the doctors and nurses flapping than not quite hitting the nail on the head. I don't know what is in place in terms of placement or requirements but maybe having all newly qualified doctors and nurses doing a year in an A&E department mixed with 3rd manning on the road with us green suits every so often would help with this "Oh my god! Call an ambulance" culture from GP's.
