I'm honestly not sure there even is a minimum age to work in EOC (formerly known as Central Ambulance Control). The youngest newbies I've known to have joined up have been 19. For operational positions, I believe you need to have held a driving licence for 1 or 2 years depending on the position; so that would mean you'd need to be a minimum of either 18 or 19 (and even that's assuming you passed your driving test on your 17th birthday!).
Just looking at your screen-name, I take it you don't plan to be in the control room for too long?
