Hi Tom. I am an avid reader of your blog, and I am full of admiration for the job that you (and my paramedic mates) do. It takes so much compassion to do what you do day in day out, to see what you do and carry on doing it, and still be cheery (mostly!) and caring. I have never before felt compelled to post to a forum like this, and I don't think my support matters a bean to you, but I truly admire you and all your colleagues, and thank whoever needs thanking that there are people like you out there.
