hi all friend had to wait 3.5 hours for ambulance on Saturday afternoon - hence someone else directed me to this blog while I was expressing my alarm. re: the man with the cold, I am curious to know what he told the operator in order to get an ambulance despatched? I am determined to come up with plans to thwart these muppets!! also, is it really true that "drunk and unconscious" gets priority over a broken leg and dislocated ankle?
