IMHO, the recent radio and billboard "infomercials" about what's appropriate for A'n'E and what is better treated elsewhere are a good start. This campaign needs to be continued and expanded to include other mee-ja, like telly and tabloid newspapers (apologies if it's already in the papers - I stopped reading them when I realised how inaccurately they reported stuff about which I had personal knowledge). Maybe a follow-up telephone call post-discharge? Instead of "How well did we do?" we could be trying to edumacate the service abusers?
