Yeah, I can remember a few parties where we got balloons full of that stuff - out of cream charges - yummy yummy but the "high" only lasts a few minutes and it can make you feel sick (plus headache) so I didnt like it that much
You are offered balloons like that (filled with N2O) at every musical festival as well btw but 3 pounds per balloon is a LITTLE expensive
