I do find that targets and "good ideas for working practice" come from people who work mon to fri in an office and never go out of their nice comfort zone.
im sure if we out on the frontline started making stupid suggestions to them it would stop sharpish!
on another note Yay another book coming out, i cant wait.
the last one i couldnt put down for 3 days
