My 8th grade Social Studies/homeroom teacher, Mr. Benjamin. He let me read history books, which I was already doing, instead of working through the text book. So, instead of classwork I would just read. Then, later in the day he would ask me questions about what I had been reading and we would have actual discussions about history. That was alot different than the wrote learning the other kids did, and I'm still very appreciative of that. Oh, and Monte, my EMT instructor. :-)
