I'm currently working in a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). In our region the service is known as NEST (Newborn Emergency Stabilisation and Transfer) and they do a truly amazing job! I'm glad that you had a good day.
P.S I still am terrified of neonates and I see them everyday!! It's when the pesky buggers forget to breathe that they are truly terrifying!
