mine is a bit soppy. it when i can reunite a lost pet with its owner. it makes my day.
or the difficult call you can turn around from the person swearing and shouting at you to them saying thank you calmly at the end of it. (that one does not happen too much on a friday or saturday night, alcohol makes people so rude!!!!)
