I would also like to state that I hope these people are released without harm. Since I no longer feel able to support the Red Cross, MSF are the only such body I have donated to for quite a few years. Unfortunately however, the plight of these aid workers, desperate as it no doubt is, is as nothing compared to the suffering of the refugees - which has only intensified as a result of the international community's refusal to take actual ACTION to protect these people. But then of course there's no oil - or am I just being a little to cynical? Martin
