Sad as it is, or cynical as I am, I wouldn't be suprised to find that Lewis Day are going to be included in the bidding when their contract is up, and even win the contract back again. To be fair though, it doesn't say in the article who was responsible, or if criminal charges were brought against anyone. I'd like to think it was one or two perps, who've been kicked/charged, but again, wouldn't be surprised if thats not the case.
