My point, or question, is that isn't this a criminal rather than civil matter? If the Trust complain to the police wouldn't they chase it up?
In which case it's the Crown rather than the Trust that pays the bills isn't it?
It all seems a bit wrong to me that if you steal enough money you can get away with it.
