To be entirely fair, it was a saturday morning, so entirely reasonable for a 16 year old to be out at such a time. I most likely would have been out at that time, at his age, and I consider myself to have had a good upbringing. It is unfortunate that a young life has been lost in this way, but it is not a sign of bad parenting.
