This is the same judge who has made it so difficult for Simon Singh to defend a libel suit from the British Chiropractic Association over an article he wrote in The Guardian. Judge Eady's decision on the meaning of the word "bogus" means that to win, Simon has to prove that the BCA knew that Chiropractic doesn't work for colic and asthma yet still pushed it as a remedy.
