We only have NaCl or 10% Dex. I've never even heard of these special fluids - never seen them in hospital either, but then it has been *years* since I did a paed rotation.
As for getting experience - I'd love to work on the baby transport vehicle as you get loads of experience there - but because I'm on a disciplinary for my sickness I'm not even allowed to apply.
