Amen brother medic! While we don't have those exact same problems here in the US, training is quite lax. Sadly enough a majority of the training we do get is half-assed or it is well done and no one bothers to pay attention. I could go on all night about my trouble here, but I have a strong gut feeling you and I are in the same boat. At least when it comes to getting things changed Good luck with your battle, I'll hold my own over here.
