I work the other side of the river to you, and have had at least one really sick/deserving patient every shift for the last 3 weeks, including a NOF, # disloc shoulder on a 92 year old, couple of intracranial bleeds, one close to death asthma attack etc. And I'm whinging the opposite to you, wondering where all the walkers are!! No pleasing us lot is there? The worthy people are still out there, and you'll meet one soon enough I'm sure.
