Yup, sounds like you, very reasonably, had your fill of other people's stupidity. And perhaps you made him more likely to behave himself when he got to the hospital. But don't get yourself stabbed please. That would be bad for everyone, not least for you! Your blog is quite dramatic enough without you having to go to such extreme lengths!
