I'm a firm believer in common sense. So I can fully understand why this lift to the train station took place. It freed up the medic (responder OR paramedic), freed up the A & E dept and kept a transport ambulance free. The women were taken to a place of some form of safety as the station 'should' be manned of sorts and i'd imagine also covered by cctv. In reply to 'ikeepforgettingmyusername', I can understand why the medic took all 4/5 of the women rather than the lone female, protecting himself as mentioned by Tom. And a small peck on the cheek at the end of the journey? Makes a change for a drunk time-waster to say 'thankyou' don't you think.....? To all medics of all rank, keep up the good work! djw3146
