Yep I've worked with them, my opinion is that it depends on the person - if they come out of the school thinking that they are the "bee's knee's" then they will end up looking like a twit. If they come out of the school, keep their eyes open and their mouths shut for a while (like the rest of us had to) - then they are as good as anyone else. The course itself doesn't seem too bad, although from what I hear, it does seem to concentrate too much on 'reflection' and 'social care' and stuff like that which doesn't really help in the way the day to day job is run.
