I have no problem with people calling me out for folk who are 'collapsed'/'apparently drunk'.
My hatred is directed towards the people who get so drunk they feel the need to pass out in the street, not the ones who are oncerned for their fellow man.
Of course I do get a lot of calls where the caller 'can't remain on scene'...
