Seriously people, this is a flying rat. I'm all with the neck ringer! And as for the RSPCAs lack of funds, I bet some charity like, say the Big Issue, would love to have the lack of funds that they have. Y'know a charity that works with people.
But I do agree that it is pretty terrible that people can attack paramedics and firemen.
