So lovely to hear that you took some time to help the pigeon (btw great picture too) - poor things are so abused - apparently as are emergency services, which is shocking! Where did they get this idea from??? If you do come across another hurt pigeon, you could try calling PICAS, they help councils deal with pigeon 'problems' using nonleathal methods and have good contacts with pigeon rehabilitators.
