Just let the nursing staff know on admission then we can walk them round to reception and leave them waiting for HOURS and HOURS, dont book them in or we may have to sort them within 4 hours.
Sadly the sort of person who exagerates their condition is the sort who will kick up mary hell if they have to wait in A&E.
