I'd like to point out that the indented part of my comment was a direct quote from the paper, not my view. I'm not surprised about the situation. It's just another example of how the government and those with any sort of managerial control over our lives seem to not use any common sense. I think it's a requirement when you take on a certain roles: leave all logical thoughts somewhere beside the road/train track, on the way to work. I’d like to think that they don’t apply the same reasoning at home, but I may well be very delusional.
